Clarity.
Direction.
Balance

I coach people at the start of their careers to figure out where they want to go, and people navigating hearing loss to find balance and vitality in their work and daily life.

When you listen, things become clear.

We live in a world where everything moves fast, and there is little space to pause. Clarity doesn't come from rushing; it comes from listening long enough for the noise to settle.

I've been there myself, saying yes to opportunities before I truly knew what I wanted from them.

At the start of your career, you're expected to make decisions quickly. At the same time, you may feel unsure, questioning whether you're making the right choices. The job market is competitive, and it's not always clear where to begin.

My coaching helps you figure out what you truly want, instead of following what seems most logical or what is expected of you.

If you're living with hearing loss, the impact is often greater than you realise. It touches every part of life: your work, your social connections, and the activities you enjoy. It takes focus and energy to follow conversations and keep up in all kinds of situations.

I help you understand that impact, find balance in your work and daily life, and work with you to identify the support that fits your situation, from technical solutions to professional guidance, so you can keep enjoying your work, your hobbies, and your life with more energy.

Career Coaching

Together, we look at the complete picture: your interests, strengths, and what you are looking for in your work, as well as how you present yourself professionally.

We explore different directions, bring structure to your thoughts, and translate that into actions for your profile: your CV, LinkedIn, and the way you position yourself.

So you can present yourself with confidence and move forward with clarity.

Hearing Coaching

Hearing loss impacts more than just your ability to hear. It affects your energy, your work, and how you feel at the end of the day.

It took me years to realise my exhaustion at the end of the week wasn't from the work itself, but from the energy I spent trying to catch every word in meetings.

We look at your situation as a whole: what you have already tried, what still needs attention, and the emotional impact of hearing loss: feeling exhausted after a day of work, feeling isolated, or not always knowing how to ask for support. We also examine your work environment and the steps that help you find the right support, both in healthcare and at work.

We focus on putting the pieces together to understand what you specifically need in your work and personal environment, because your experience with hearing loss is unique to you.

From there, you can take the right steps to find your balance and continue to participate fully in your work and daily life, with more energy.

My story

I am Adriana Maradiaga, and I came to coaching through a turning point in my own life. About eight years ago, after a long stretch in international corporate work, I hit a wall. I knew I did not want to keep going in the same direction, but what I wanted instead took time to surface. I had to quiet the noise and allow space for a new road ahead to appear. That process, though uncomfortable at times, taught me what real clarity feels like.

During that same period, I also began facing my hearing loss more openly. For years I'd managed it quietly, adapting without realising how much energy that cost. Learning to acknowledge it, and to be honest with others, opened a world of possibilities I hadn't known existed.

Those two experiences - pausing to find my own path and coming to terms with hearing loss - shaped the essence of my coaching work. I help people listen beneath the noise to what they truly need, whether they're just starting out in their careers or learning to find balance and confidence while living with hearing loss.

That journey eventually led me to create Inner Echo Coaching, a space to help others hear themselves clearly, find balance, and move toward their genuine choice.

For the past five years, I've been coaching and supervising interns, which has given me deep insight into how to support their professional growth and help them take confident steps toward the next phase of their development. My coach education includes the Coach Intensive and Loopbaancoaching programs at NONONS. I also collaborate with Hooridee as a freelance trainer and give voluntary workshops for the foundation Stichting Hoormij.

What it's like to work with me

People often tell me they feel truly heard in our sessions. I ask thoughtful, sometimes direct questions that help you look at things from a new angle. There's room for silence and reflection, and also for practical steps that move you forward and closer to your goals.

Our conversations are calm but engaged. I won't tell you what to do, but I will help you notice what feels true and what might be getting in the way. Together, we turn reflection into direction: insight you can actually use.
